yuzu peel powder

Our organic yuzu peel powder comes from Shizuoka, Japan. Yuzu is a highly aromatic citrus fruit. Its zest is removed & slowly dried at a low temperature to preserve its fine fragrance. It is then stone ground into an extremely fine powder like matcha. It is a diverse & fascinating ingredient which can be used in countless ways. A little goes a long way! Put some in your matcha latte, stir into a matcha tonic, mix into a cocktail (yuzu gin & tonic!), blend into ice cream... sprinkle some over a green tea (like sencha), stir into your oatmeal, use in a salad dressing, dust your salmon before grilling, and so much more ... !
