Yuzu is a highly aromatic citrus fruit which is loved in Japan. To make yuzu powder, its zest is removed & slowly dried at a low temperature to preserve its fine fragrance & high amount of vitamin C. It is then stone ground into an extremely fine powder which we blend with matcha to make Yuzu Matcha! Our organic yuzu peel powder comes from Shizuoka, Japan.
