A fragrant meeting of Asanoka Sencha with dried yuzu peel. The bright citrus oils of yuzu weave through the floral, meadow-like sweetness of the rare Asanoka cultivar, creating a tea that is at once refreshing, soothing, and quietly exhilarating.
Be sure to try this tea as a cold brew: 10 g of tea to 1 liter of water, steeped overnight in the refrigerator and served on ice. The result is a drink of pure sunshine — gentle, floral, and kissed with the aroma of fresh yuzu zest.
