Wild Thai Tea 100g
This tea is going to go viral soon, so remember you saw it at MiSA first!
We have a whole workshop devoted to this tea!!
A richly roasted black tea from wild assamica trees. The unique five-layer roasting draws out caramel and cane sugar, warm spice, vanilla, and dried orange peel over a sturdy malted base. No added color or aroma — just leaf, fire, and a phenomenal terroir.
This tea is specially formulated for traditional Thai-style milk tea (cha yen) or lemon tea (cha manao). Traditionally, it’s simmered for 15 minutes or more, strained, sweetened, and combined with condensed milk or cream over lots of ice. Naturally vibrant and aromatic, it’s equally delicious served hot or poured over ice.
Grown wild in the pristine, fog-covered mountains of northern Thailand, where some trees are over 500 years old. Surrounded by a national park where four springs converge, the untouched environment imparts a remarkable depth and purity to the leaf.

These are our suggestions. Always adjust brewing to your taste!
There are many ways to prepare this tea, but here’s a classic method to start with:
Simmer 25 g of tea in 250 ml of water at 100 °C for about 30 minutes, then strain. Sweeten generously to taste — with sugar, honey, agave, coconut sugar, or your preferred sweetener. Let it cool, then pour over ice and finish with a drizzle of milk, cream, or sweetened condensed milk.
For a plant-based version, use oat milk and sweetened condensed oat or coconut milk — equally rich and satisfying.
