Wild Spring Green 50g
Grown wild in the misty mountains of northern Thailand, this remarkable green tea comes from Camellia sinensis var. assamica trees, some over 500 years old. Surrounded by a national park where three springs converge, the pristine environment nurtures a tea of exceptional depth and purity.
The trees are picked only once a year and are otherwise left to grow freely among the biodiverse rainforest. Originally planted for miang — a traditional fermented tea leaf snack — these ancient trees now yield a robust, complex tea with incredible character and natural sweetness. Offered at an unbeatable price, this is one of those rare teas that feels both wild and balanced, earthy yet luminous.
