Wild Spring Black 50g
Grown wild in the pristine, fog-covered mountains of northern Thailand, this exceptional black tea comes from Camellia sinensis var. assamica trees, some over 500 years old. Surrounded by a national park where four springs converge, the untouched environment imparts a remarkable depth and purity to the leaf.
Each infusion reveals evolving layers of honey, malt, autumn leaves, and dried plum, yielding four to five deeply satisfying brews. Originally planted for miang — a traditional fermented tea leaf snack — these trees now produce a robust, complex tea with extraordinary character. Try it with milk and sugar for a treat, or savor its natural sweetness plain.
