Meet the renowned tea producers of Furukawa Seicha from Uji, Kyoto, and discover the craft behind their exceptional, award-winning Japanese matcha.

Learn about their cultivation methods, production, and the traditions shaping tea in Uji today. Through photos, conversation and a guided tasting, Mizuho and Yoshitsugu Furukawa will share their work directly, with plenty of time for questions and, of course, matcha.
