Honey Orchid Oolong 30g
This extraordinary dancong oolong comes from 80-year-old trees on Wu Dong Mountain in the Phoenix Range of Guangdong. Known as Mi Lan Xiang — “Honey Orchid Aroma” — it is the Bai Ye varietal, harvested in spring and masterfully charcoal-roasted over six weeks.
Each leaf releases incense, orchid, wild honey, and ripe tropical fruit, anchored by a mineral line from the mountain’s soil. A touch of bitterness, the hallmark of dancong, gives the tea its elegance and poise. Creamy, resonant, and long on the palate, this is Phoenix Mountain terroir at its most eloquent. Above all, it is an outstanding testament the teamaker's art, artfully coaxing such remarkable flavors and aromas from a simple leaf.
